03Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on Bet393 Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact number and correct payment details. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited and wagered. Contact support as soon as possible if you have made a deposit in error.

• Any balance that results from a technical error, system malfunction or clearly incorrect odds will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be reversed from your account pending investigation.

05Bonuses and Promotions

06Gameplay Rules

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Bet393 Game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
